All powers already exist within you. They are part of your True limitless being. To express them you need to cultivate the state of consciousness in which you know yourself to be a limitless being, and then practice expressing the ability you desire to express.
You may have already heard that "as you believe so you are" and "if you believe you can, you will be able to ..."
In truth it doesn't require "belief" to experience that which you already are. The only requirement is that you put aside all the ideas you have adopted that are currently hiding from you the awareness of your true limitless nature.
If you were to remove all the limited ideas you have adopted about yourself allowing the light of your through nature to express freely through you, all kinds of supernatural powers would spontaneously and effortlessly begin to express through you, as a natural expression of your limitless being to fill any requirement you may have in the phenomenal world.
The limitations you are experiencing come from your identification with the physical body. If you adopt the idea that you are a physical body, then you can only do as much as the physical body can do. Of course, you have lived your entire life, looking at the world with physical eyes, with everyone telling you and treating you as a physical individual, and you accepted it.
From that perspective it may seem that you now have to trick yourself into believing that you are something else, that you have to force into your subconscious beliefs that you are something different than what your physical senses tell you that you are, that you may have to struggle and strain, when in fact you may just need to let go of all the preconceived ideas you have adopted about what you are and what you can do.
How comfortable do you feel about letting go of the idea that you are a physical body, if only for a while, to allow yourself to experience your true limitless nature? The truth about your true limitless nature is exactly the opposite of perception of yourself as a physical body with limited abilities.
The truth is that your physical body in and of itself has no power. It is just an instrument, like a computer, which unless plugged into a source of power can do absolutely nothing. It's dead.
Even those limited powers that you can currently express through your body all come from the same deeper Source within you - from limitless, luminous, undifferentiated consciousness, of which you have tasted just a tiny bit.
The more you purify your mind of any limited beliefs you have adopted about yourself, the more you allow your limitless consciousness to freely express through the instrument of your physical body, the more will all kinds of powers spontaneously become unleashed through you.
Sooner or later you will discover that the experiences in your outer world are nothing more than a reflection of your consciousness, and that your true consciousness, is whole, complete, limitless - in it there is no lack and it is the source of all powers and abilities you desire to express.
