Product Delivery Format Options
You can receive products as CDs or in MP3 format.
If you experience any issues with your downloads or CDs, please email me so that I can resolve the issue.
Ordering MP3 Downloads
All recordings are available as MP3 downloads. There is NO shipping or handling charge for MP3 downloads.
For best results, if you are using mobile devices, download the mp3 files to a desktop or laptop computer, and then use iTunes or another program that based on your experience works for your device, to transfer the files to your mobile device.
Technical devices do crash from time to time, and for that reason, make sure to save a back-up copy of your files on an external flash drive, hard drive, CD, DVD, or another device.
To order INSTANT DOWNLOADS, click on the blue link under the title which says "For INSTANT DOWNLOADS click here". You can find detailed instructions for ordering and downloading instant mp3 downloads in this PDF document. You can download instant downloads up to 3 times, before the link expires.
Detailed instructions for instant mp3 downloads
You can pay for instant downloads by credit card or through PayPal.
I am in the process of setting up INSTANT DOWNLOADS on product page. You can order instant downloads by clicking on the blue link below the title of the recordings, which says "for INSTANT DOWNLOAD click here".
You can also order mp3 downloads by sending the exact amount through www.paypal.com to email: laura@deeptrancenow.com or by clicking on "add to cart" button and emailing me that you'd like to download your recordings, in which case I will refund your shipping charge and send you download instructions.
Please NOTE: MP3 downloads ordered by clicking on the "add to cart" button or through Kagi are NOT instant downloads. You will receive download instructions usually within few hours, but it may take up to 72 hours.
Free Upgrades or Lost Recordings You Purchased
To get free upgrades of recordings you have purchased or mp3s of recordings you have purchased but lost due to computer crashes, just email me the receipt of your purchase, and I'll forward you downloads through Adobe SendNow service.
There is no time limit - You'll get your recordings even if you purchased them 10 years ago - as long as you have the receipt of your purchase.
Ordering and Payment Options
- You can send payment through PayPal, either by clicking on "add to cart" buttons or manually by logging into your PayPal account and clicking on "send money" button (to email: laura@deeptrancenow.com)
- If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can do so when checking out on the purchase of instant downloads.
- You can also checkout through paypal, or by credit card through paypal, or you can place order through Kagi. No shipping charges are added automatically, when you place order through Kagi. If you are ordering CDs, make sure to add the shipping charge at the bottom of the Kagi page. If you are ordering mp3s, I will send you download instructions, after i receive your order.
- You can send payment through Money Gram or Western Union
- You can send money order or check in US or Cdn $. You will find more information below
- For Canadians - you can use Interac Email Transfer through your online banking

Canadian prices paid through Interac or by money order are on par with US$
Remember to enter the titles of the recordings or hypno-aromatic blends you are ordering.
Shipping and Delivery Options for CDs
Shipping charges have been updated on November 1, 2012, according to Canadian postal rates.
- Your CDs can be shipped by regular mail (airmail) - If you choose this option, you will receive no tracking number and no signature is required upon receipt of CDs. CDs shipped in this way to US addresses arrive there often faster that those shipped by registered mail and sometimes even faster than those shipped by Express Post. However, the post office says, they do not guarantee the delivery of packages shipped by regular mail. This is the least expensive option and if you are not able to be at home to sign for the package, or if you are physically disabled and are unable to go to the post office to pick up the package if you are not at home, you may want to use this option. You should email me when you place your order it this is the case. Items shipped by regular mail generally arrive to US addresses in 5 - 10 business days.
- Your CDs can be shipped by Express Post. With this option, you will receive tracking number and your signature will be required upon delivery. Items shipped by Express Post are supposed to arrive to US addresses in 4 - 7 business days, but occasionally are held at customs and may take longer.
- Your CDs can be shipped by FedEx. This option is more expensive and to US addresses it costs from $70 upward, to other parts of the world from $100 upward - however you can get your CDs delivered overnight if you live in Canada or US, or in 2 - 4 days, if you live elsewhere in the world. With this option you will receive tracking number and your signature will be required upon delivery. You also need to email me your phone number if you desire your CDs to be shipped by FedEx.
If you have any special, extenuating circumstances and it is important that your products be delivered in a certain fashion (e.g. if you are physically disabled), please email me to let me know in advance.
Currency Options
All prices on the website are quoted in US$, simply because the vast majority of people who purchase the CDs are from the US.
I do accept payments in US$, Cdn$, Euros, British pounds, and Australian $.
If you live in Canada, you can also pay through PayPal in Cdn$ (even though the default is set on US$), by choosing Cdn$ from the currency drop down menu or sending your payment in Canadian $, by clicking on "send money" button. If you need more help, feel free to email me.
Shipping Cost Options
If you are ordering products by clicking on "add to cart" buttons and paying through PayPal, shipping and handling cost is automatically added. It is the same for everywhere in the world and it is calculated based on shipping items by registered mail to US addresses. The items shipped to Canadian addresses are all shipped by Express Post. Sending items by registered mail enables me to provide you with a tracking #.
If you don't care about having a tracking number and would prefer to pay lower cost for shipping and have your items shipped by regular mail, then you can use the shipping rates found below under "Ordering Through Mail" shipping rates and send your order manually by clicking on "send money" button in PayPal, or you can email me if you require more help.

Ordering CDs and MP3s through Kagi
If you desire to pay with a credit card, and are unable to use PayPal, you can order products from Kagi:

There is no shipping added automatically on purchases through Kagi.
If you do not add any shipping charge, you will receive download instructions to the email address you provided.
If you want to have CDs shipped, add appropriate shipping and handling charge.
Shipment Notification
After your items have been shipped, you will receive shipment notification to the email you have provided when you made a purchase.
Tracking Your Order
After your items have been shipped and you have received your tracking #, you can track them at Canada Post website - www.canadapost.ca
Sending Payment through Western Union
You can go to Western Union website to locate their agent closest to you. If you choose to wire your payment through Western Union, after you make your payment, you need to email me (at laura@deeptrancenow.com) the following information:
- your full name
- your address
- MTCN (Money Control Transfer Number)
- titles of CDs you are ordering

If you are sending payment by check, money order, or through Western Union, the following shipping and handling charges apply for regular postal service (without any tracking number). Delivery Time
Most items are shipped within 1 - 7 business days. Shipments to US addresses take on average 7 - 14 days, however, occasionally shipments are held at border for several days and it may take a little bit longer. From the moment you order CDs until you receive them it can be anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks.
If you need your recordings urgently - you can either order downloads, or request overnight delivery by courier service (for an extra cost).
